Bringing both Psycoology Today and Weight Naturalization live to the World Wide Web at the same time is a little overwhelming for me, to say the least. There are so many things I want to do and need to get done, it’s difficult to know what to start with, so I just picked getting the website up and running along with building the content for the first couple of Weight Naturalization sessions. I have not built a professional website since the days of Microsoft Front Page so please bear with me while I learn the ins and outs of WordPress. It will take me a while to learn about plugins and themes as well as get up to speed on HTML code again. I am so excited about what Weight Naturalization has done for me that it has been difficult for me not to just hire people to do all this stuff, including the marketing and advertising. The problem with that, from what my research has suggested, is even though that will be easier and quicker, it comes with the downside of making the information double to triple the cost to the Client over the word of mouth social media route I have chosen. It would also make it difficult for me to make any necessary changes if I am working at such a rapid pace. That being said, I’ll take this slow and easy and we will bring the information to you step by step. As a note of encouragement to those who have suffered as I did with the elements of obesity, I now weigh over 100 pounds less than I used to and my current weight puts me at normal weight or 15 pounds overweight depending on which chart you use. I’ll post below a picture of the reward I gave myself now, even though I am going to use the numbers from the lower limit weight chart. 🙂
