Agreement to Purchase Weight Naturalization Information/Consultation

I_______________________________________ being referred to in this agreement as Client and _____________________________________ being referred to in this agreement as Consultant agree to pay the Sum of

twenty nine dollars for the information herein referred to as Weight Naturalization 30 minute consultation. Client agree that the amount paid is fully earned at the time of entering into this agreement and there will be no refunds available. Client understand Weight Naturalization nor Consultant make any claims as to the effectiveness of the information. Client understand that only the Consultant has reduced his weight by over 100 pounds with the use of Weight Nationalization information and makes no claims that Client will have the same experience or similar. Client further understands that the Consultant has recommended Client show this agreement to a professional for legal advice. Client is also informed that Client should consult with professionals such as but not limited to Medical Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionist and Psychologist before, after and during using any information from Weight Naturalization and Consultant. Client understand the Consultant makes no claims of being a medical provider or Nutritionist and will not be offering any Nutritional, Medical, or Mental Health advice. Client further agrees and understands that Client makes all decisions on weather to use some or all of the information delivered to Client by the consultant and agree to hold harmless the Consultant from any and all liabilities sustained by Client or others from the use of the information delivered to client by the Consultant. Client understands there is no guarantee to privacy on any information given to Consultant as Consultant has no control over the flow of online communications. Client is not required to divulge any personal information to the consultant and best practice would be to divulge only information the client would not care if were to be made public. Client understand this agreement is written under Florida law and any action against the consultant has to be brought in a court of law located in Valusia County Florida. If any part of this agreement is held by a court of law not to be binding Client agrees the remainder of the agreement is binding.
